Walking into my first KSE session, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I was even a bit skeptical. But after the experience with Ariella, I was left completely astonished by how much it impacted me. I left feeling lighter, clearer, and most importantly, more connected to my higher self. I truly believe this is only the beginning of something transformative. I’m deeply grateful to have crossed paths with Ariella who leads with such a kind and pure heart. FYI: The ceremony was being recorded and after finally watching the videos and reflecting on what I felt during the ceremony, I’m honestly amazed. Seeing how my body moved in sync with Ariella’s hand movements—without her even touching me, and with my eyes closed the entire time—left me in awe. It’s incredible to witness that connection and energy in action. KSE is life changing.

I had an amazing spiritual experience with Ariella during our KSE session. First I get so relaxed and then I had a strong connection with my body that leads me very deep inside. Ariella’s presence is very special. She holds a very powerful space for processes. I felt so much care and love and support from her not only during the session but also after it when we discussed what happened and how can I implement all of that into my life. Will definitely do it again!

This is my first time experiencing sensory energetics. It was a raw uninhibited experience and help me to release my body from a long, lasting freeze there’s so many things that wanted to be expressed that we’re coming through. There was pain in my body that came up as an ancient pain. I could feel the massive amount of heat going into my body clearing energy. ariella is one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and kind individuals you will have the privilege of meeting. she is thoughtful and passionate about her work and is dedicated to creating a safe, trusting environment during her sessions. i have been in-and-out of therapy for over 10 years and have have the most enlightening experiences during my sessions with her. she has sincerely changed my life and has inspired me on my healing journey. i highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for spiritual healing because she truly is the BEST!!

When I saw that Ariella was doing KSE sessions, I was immediately called to try it. I had a great experience with her in the past, and this was no different. I wasn't sure how my body would respond but she creates such a safe container that I felt completely comfortable with letting go and going with the flow. I have never felt so much energy in my body before! I had big release and a very powerful activation, and afterwards I felt quieter and noticeably more centered.
