Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the KSE Facilitator Directory at facilitator.sensoryenergetics.com (the “Site”), operated by Kyusho Sensory Energetics (“KSE”, “we”, “us”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 16 years old, and at least 18 to book or receive a session through a facilitator. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a free public directory that helps people find facilitators certified in KSE (Kyusho Sensory Energetics) modules, read client reviews, and request contact with a facilitator. It also lets facilitators apply to join the network and, where enabled, manage their own profile. KSE training, seminars and community are offered separately through www.sensoryenergetics.com and its own terms.

3. Important: not medical advice

KSE sessions are complementary wellness practices. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis or care from a qualified health professional. Nothing on the Site, including facilitator profiles and client reviews, is medical advice or a promise of any result. Reviews describe individual personal experiences. Always consult a doctor about any health condition, and do not stop or delay medical treatment because of anything you read here.

4. Facilitators are independent

• Facilitators listed on the Site are independent practitioners. They are not employees or agents of KSE, and KSE does not provide, supervise or guarantee their sessions.
• Any session, price, schedule, cancellation policy or payment is agreed directly between you and the facilitator. KSE is not a party to that agreement and does not handle payments for sessions.
• A listing means the facilitator completed the KSE certification shown on their profile. It does not mean KSE endorses every aspect of their practice. Please use your own judgement when choosing a facilitator.

5. Signing in

Some features let you sign in with your Google account, for example so a facilitator can edit their own profile or so a reviewer can confirm their email address. You are responsible for activity carried out through your signed-in session and for keeping your Google account secure. Facilitators may only sign in to the profile that belongs to them. We may refuse or end a sign-in that does not match the email on file or that appears to be misused. How we use the data Google shares with us is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Reviews

When you leave a review, you agree that:

• it describes your own, genuine experience of a session with that facilitator;
• you are not the facilitator, a relative, or someone paid or rewarded to write it, and you have no conflict of interest you have not disclosed;
• it does not contain false statements, insults, hate speech, threats, other people’s personal data, or sensitive health details you do not want published;
• it does not include advertising, links or content you do not have the right to share.

Reviews are checked by the KSE team before they appear, and we may decline, edit for length or formatting, hide or remove reviews that break these rules. Each person may leave one review per facilitator. You keep ownership of your review, and you give KSE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish, display and share it (with your name as you entered it) on the Site, on KSE channels and in KSE marketing. You can ask us to remove your review at any time using the contact details below.

7. Contacting a facilitator

When you send a contact request, you authorise KSE to pass your name, email and phone number to the KSE team and to the facilitator you chose so they can get in touch about a session. Please provide accurate details and use the form only for genuine enquiries. KSE cannot guarantee that a facilitator will respond or be available.

8. Facilitator listings and content

If you are a listed facilitator, or you apply to be one, you agree that:

• the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date, and you only claim certifications you actually hold;
• you hold the rights to any photos, biography and other content you submit, and you have the written consent of every identifiable person (including clients) who appears in photos you add to your profile or gallery;
• you give KSE a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, adapt for layout and promote that content on the Site and KSE channels for as long as you are listed;
• you do not use your listing to make medical claims, promise cures, or mislead clients;
• KSE may review, edit, decline or remove listings and content, and may update certification levels and tags based on KSE records and review counts.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• scrape, crawl, copy or harvest data from the Site (including facilitator or reviewer details) by automated means, or build a competing database from it;
• use the Site to send spam, unsolicited marketing or fake contact requests;
• impersonate anyone, or sign in to or edit a profile that is not yours;
• try to bypass security measures, rate limits or access controls, or probe, scan or attack the Site or its infrastructure;
• upload malware or unlawful, infringing, obscene or harmful content;
• use the Site in any way that breaks the law or harms KSE, facilitators or other users.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, logos, the KSE name and module names, and the directory as a whole belong to KSE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission. Content submitted by users and facilitators remains theirs, subject to the licences in sections 6 and 8.

11. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, the page-translation widget and map tiles) and links to external websites and social networks. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and KSE is not responsible for their content or availability. Automatic translations may be inaccurate; the English version of the Site prevails.

12. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, KSE makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, the accuracy or completeness of listings and reviews, or the services, qualifications or conduct of any facilitator. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KSE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, and is not liable for any session, advice, act or omission of a facilitator. KSE’s total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate KSE for reasonable claims, losses and costs (including legal fees) that arise because you broke these terms, submitted unlawful or infringing content, or, as a facilitator, from the sessions you provide.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to all or part of the Site, remove a listing or review, or end a signed-in session if you break these terms or if we need to protect users or the Site. You can stop using the Site at any time, and facilitators can ask to be removed from the directory. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as licences already granted for published reviews, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive termination.

16. Changes to the Site and these terms

We may change or discontinue features of the Site. We may also update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on the Site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Site after the change means you accept the updated terms.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which KSE is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
