I have a long history of lower back pain, so my intention was to try SE therapy for this problem. The therapy is different than what I have tried before, in a good way. During the session, I have experienced emotion relief (crying, sighing, yawning) and tingeling sensations. Afterwards, my body felt heavy for several minutes, and I felt the need to be still for a while. In the following days, I felt some discomfort in the lower back and sacral area, however the discomfort is now gone and the lower back pain has eased up. I warmly recommend Florina to anyone who would like to try SE therapy. She is gentle in the her practice, I felt safe, comfortable and sustained the whole time.

I have come in with the intention to work on my locked jaw. The moment Florina started the meditation, something in the jaw started to relax. Throughout the session, I felt safe and guided by her strong and grounding energy. At the end I felt more stable, more present, and the jaw was relaxed. I cannot wait for the next sessions with her!
