Frummy is such a sweet and caring practitioner! She listens attentively and really wants to help! I've had an amazing experience with her and her caring heart! She made me feel safe and welcomed! I left much lighter after our session!

I didn't know what to expect from a sensory energetic session, but knowing Frumee and her safe, goddess presence, I knew I was in good hands. From the moment the session began, I felt so safe to truly settle in, let go, and allow my body to relax. I felt safe for all of my parts to show up, and Frumee welcomed every part of me with so much grace, compassion, and acceptance. She seemed to know exactly what I needed in each moment and the words I needed to hear at that time. I felt deeply held and supported throughout the entire experience.
