I came in to see Guesh because of a chronic decade long UTI, a history of anorexia, PTSD, and to release energy that has been trapped in my womb area inherited or otherwise. I can say coming out of it I feel relieved, lighter, and as if my womb area has been scrubbed clean. Guesh is an absolutely powerful doctor and healer. I have been seeing Guesh for many years for acupuncture and talk therapy and this was by far the most intense and relieving experience I have had working with her, I feel very blessed to know such a kind, generous, and trained doctor both in TCM and Western medicine. The moment I walked in her office I started feeling very warm in the face due to the intensity of the energy in the room. I started the session by talking about my experience and setting an intention and we began the Qi Gong healing session on her table where I sat as if straddling a horse (we were doing the Tiger method) and she walked me through movements. I began undulating and rotating my hips and a lot started moving through my body. We began the sonic releases and I was screaming and purging the energy out. The door was opened many times to let the buildup out of the space. Then I felt tingling on my crown, fingers, and felt my Qi moving throughout my body. I began to get gas buildup, nauseous, and light-headedness due to the amount of energy I was releasing but Guesh calmed down my nervous system and eased me back into the moment. I slept 11 hours the next day, 9.5 the following and 9 after that. This has been a full nervous system reset and I am absolutely grateful to her for allowing the safe container in which to release. This was only the 1st of 3 sessions and I have the full intention to do all 3 sessions and further integrate the lessons and healing work that will follow.
