Holly Dawn

I recently had an incredible sensory energetics session with Holly. Going in, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect, but she guided me through a clear and comforting briefing beforehand. She explained what might happen during the session and created a space where I felt completely relaxed and safe the entire time. During the session, I didn’t feel massive movements like in the videos, but I did feel my lower back begin gently pulsing in an area that has bothered me for years. That pain has since dissipated, and I feel noticeably lighter. Holly was expertly moving the energy through my body, and in our debrief she shared that my neck was also subtly pulsing and that my body had started making a soft wave motion, things I didn’t even realise were happening. Truly amazing. I’m so excited to continue this healing journey with more sessions. Thank you, thank you, Holly!
