I am a media artist and meditation practitioner with great passion and creativity. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with deep dedication, but this has also consumed much of my energy, leaving my body in a weakened state. I am joining this class to restore balance and to learn how energy therapy can support both healing and sustainable practice.
