И когда она говорила представить яркие цвета — желтый, красный или оранжевый, — это тепло помогало мне по-настоящему вообразить их внутри себя. После практики в теле появилась абсолютная легкость — и в теле, и в голове. Будто открылось больше пространства. Больше пространства и ощущение, что стало больше силы. Дорогая Карима! Спасибо большое тебе за сеанс! Я почувствовала мощное и глубокое расслабление. Во время сеанса пришло ощущение именно золотых линий от плеч до шеи. Я ощущала мурашки по коже, а потом небольшую вибрацию, руки немного покачивалась в стороны. Я совсем не слышала и не подозревала, с какой стороны ты подойдёшь, пока не слышала твой голос. С самого начала почему-то я ощущала, будто меня обдувает ветер. Очень приятная атмосфера, твой голос и обволакивающая красивая музыка. Интересный был момент, когда руки сами находили равновесие в воздухе. После сеанса такое расслабление и очень хочется спать. Хочется порекомендовать твой сеанс своим друзьям!

Ma première séance a été une expérience précieuse et profonde. Au début, je me sentais un peu tendue et retenue, mais je me suis progressivement détendue grâce à l’atmosphère de confiance et de sécurité que Karima instaurée. J’ai senti émerger en moi des émotions que j’attendais de ce travail. Cela ne s’est pas accompagné de douleur ni de bouleversements violents – au contraire, le processus a été doux et respectueux. J’ai pris conscience qu’il y a en moi des “couches” à explorer petit à petit, sans forcer les choses. Au final, cette séance m’a donné envie de continuer à avancer sur ce chemin. Je ressens plus de confiance, et je comprends que le lâcher-prise et la détente sont des processus qui s’installent pas à pas. Je suis très contente de cette première séance, je sens un élan d’énergie et j’ai envie d’aller plus loin dans ce travail.

I’ve had an incredible session with Karima - what a thoughtful, skillful and accepting guide she is! I started feeling energy waves and vibrations almost immediately and it was a beautiful journey or self-exploration and deep relaxation. I really enjoyed the session with Karima. I was able to dive very deeply into my body. I saw energy in the form of a rainbow of different colors. I felt how the blocks in my body released, almost with a clicking sound. The sensations were very pleasant. And the touch felt like a charge of energy. I flew into space!

I had my first KSE session with Karima and while I didn't feel the energy movement as strongly as expected, I experienced vivid visualizations and deep relaxation. What impressed me most was the incredibly accepting atmosphere Karima creates - I felt complete self-acceptance and lost all sense of time. Her gentle guidance made me feel safe to let go completely, even as someone new to this type of work. Though my experience was subtle, I left feeling genuinely shifted and deeply relaxed. I'm looking forward to future sessions as I become more familiar with this transformative practice.

Очень понравилась сессия с Каримой! Уже за первые 20 минут волшебным образом пришло расслабление, дыхание стало глубоким и спокойным. Тело чувствовало мягкие потоки энергии и интуитивно двигалось покачиваясь в их такт. Особенно понравились прикосновения в воротниковой области и момент отпускания ненужных программ. Было реальное ощущение что я рассталась со своими сомнениями. Сегодня прошла сеанс сенсорной энергетики с Каримой.Ощущения интересные, вначале напряжение в теле постепенно перешло в тепло, а затем покалывания и даже побаливало в больных суставах ноги и руки. Прикосновениями рук Каримы стала проходить болезненность. Чувствовала жар и обильное потоотделение, которые прошли и почувствовала лёгкость во всём теле. Тепло растекалось по всему телу волнами, прошла усталость и стало клонить в сон. Думаю повторить сеанс.

I really enjoyed yesterday’s Sensory Energetics session with Karima. I could genuinely feel the energy moving through my body, helping me feel grounded and calm. I loved how the session incorporated chakra work, gentle tapping, visualization, and fascia release it felt like a truly holistic experience. Karima guided the session beautifully. Her calm, soothing voice and the relaxing background music created a peaceful atmosphere that allowed me to fully drop in and trust the process. Her instructions were clear and comforting, which made a big difference in how I received the work. I really enjoyed the session with Karima; it was my first experience with the sensory energetics technique, and I saw the results right away. First of all, it brought deep relaxation on a physical level. It felt as if the tension and tightness in my body were released immediately. On top of that, I could feel the work with energy blocks in certain chakras, in my case, there were blocks in the heart chakra, and many emotions came up during the session. I am so glad that I had my energy massage session with Karima. Her sensitivity, attentiveness, humanity, and understanding are very welcoming and greatly contribute to relaxation. As a yoga and tantra teacher myself, I usually come with no particular expectations when receiving energy work. With Karima, however, I was pleasantly surprised — we truly did profound and serious energetic work. The session brought a strong release in my throat chakra, which I had been focusing on at the time. I was coughing, my voice turned hoarse, my body was vibrating — clear signs that deep blocks were leaving. I am deeply grateful to Karima and can wholeheartedly recommend her as a sensitive and powerful guide.
