This was my first time participating in a sensory energetics session. I felt so relaxed by the end of the session! The journey till there was explorative and pleasant: tingling sensations, vivid images appearing in front of my eyes, feeling the heat of energy circulating. I enjoyed feeling the flow of energy right under my skin, and forming in between my hands during one of the exercices and between participants. I greatly appreciate the effort to make the session inclusive for both German and English speakers like me; that allowed me to really let go. Thanks Louisa for offering such a caring experience.

Ich hatte meine erste Sensory Energetic Session von Louise, die sie gemeinsam mit Lil gehalten hat. Was für ein wundervoller Raum, wo ich mich sofort sicher gefühlt habe, so dass ich mich dem Prozess voll hingebe konnte. Zu Beginn haben wir Übungen gemacht, um die Energie ins Fließen zu bringen, was mir sehr geholfen hat, bei mir anzukommen und vollkommen präsent in mir zu sein. Die Session war sehr kraftvoll und es ist während dieser und auch danach noch einiges in mir passiert, was sich nicht in Worte fassen lässt. Das war mein erstes, aber sicher nicht letztes Mal.

Louisa carries a unique energy- her presence alone creates a sense of safety and ease. After a short introduction to what to expect, she guided me into a deeply relaxed state. At times, it felt as though my energy was gently lifting beyond my physical body. Through subtle, precise touch, I could sense the energy moving through my system. By the end of the session, emotions that had been held beneath the surface began to release, and a wave of sadness came up. I would recommend her to anyone feeling stuck or out of balance.

Louisa is a very gentle and wonderful soul and I felt very safe in the space she created to receive the sensory energetic session. The session with Luisa was amazing. I could feel the energy from the very first second as soon as she started speaking.. her voice really calmed me down. She did everything in such a calm and gentle way, which I really appreciated. I felt a very strong connection to my body, which was also visible through a lot of movement.
