My experience with the Sensorial Energetics session was extremely positive. During the session, I felt deeply light and revitalized. The environment and approach provided tranquility, safety, and well-being, allowing me to reconnect with myself and leave behind all the stress I had accumulated. I left the experience with a sense of balance and peace that stayed with me throughout the day. I had a Sensory Energetics session with Luís Filipe. During the session, I felt some soft movements, but it was at the emotional level that I mostly felt the effect of the process. Firstly, I experienced a strong emotion release - I cried and felt quite vulnerable, though balanced. Secondly, in the part of lying down with a cover on top, I entered into a wonderful feeling of cosiness, which I was reluctant to leave, and which memory persists. Furthermore, I feel more "myself " - which is determinant. It has been a constructive experience to repeat. I am extremelly grateful to Luís Filipe for all his help.

Saw some videos on Instagram, and they caught my curiosity...and gave me the will to try. Luís Filipe was very attentive and led the session in a very calm and safe way. The music, words, and sensations work together to get through what ended up being a very surprising, and pleasing experience. Very intense in the moment but..with lasting sensations after. I was curious and excited about this experience. After the session, I felt positive vibrations and sensations, especially a sense of calm and a reduction in anxiety levels.
