Kävin Marialla sessiossa ja se oli ensimmäinen kokemukseni energiahoidosta. Tunsin kehoni ja mieleni pääsevän pikku hiljaa vapaammaksi ja hyvin rentoutuneeseen tilaan. Maria on lämminhenkinen, sydämellinen sekä vastaanottava ihminen, joka loi todella turvallisen ja luotettavan olon sekä ilmapiirin heti session alusta lähtien. Tunsin myös loppuvaiheessa kuinka erilaiset tunteet olivat hyvin lähellä pinnassa. Kehoni ei ole pitkään aikaan tuntunut yhtä vapaalta ja rennolta. Mieleni ei myöskään vaellellut liikaa vaan keskittyminen pysyi siinä hetkessä ja mitä keho tuntee ja tahtoo. Oli helppo antaa vaan tämän session viedä mukanaan. Tosi positiivinen kokemus ensimmäiseksi kerraksi ennestään melko tuntemattoman asian kanssa. Suosittelen!🥹

The session went really well, and I was able to connect very deeply with what was happening in my body. I felt some deeply held emotions finally begin to release, which brought me a profound sense of relief. Maria was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the whole session. She guided me through every stage with great sensitivity and always seemed to feel exactly what I needed in each moment. Her intuition and presence made the process much easier and allowed the release to happen naturally and deeply. I went through a powerful process of acceptance, which brought my relaxation — both mentally and physically — to a completely new level. I left the session feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply connected with myself. I'm very grateful for this experience and for the safe space Maria created for me.

Maria loi heti alkuun turvallisen, luotettavan ja lämpimän olon. Session aikana koin voimakkaita tuntemuksia, mielikuvia ja irtipäästöjä. Välillä taas syvää rauhaa ja lempeyttä. Marian energia ja läsnäolo auttoi minua kuuntelemaan omaa kehoani ja vapauttamaan sen mitä en enää tarvitse. Lopussa oloni oli vapaa ja voimakas. Mieli pohdiskeleva. Amazing experience. Maria made me feel comfortable and relaxed to enjoy the session. I felt very relaxed and I could feel the energy flowing through me. My hands got really hot and my whole body twitched a few times. It was amazing to feel connected and focus on your body and the energy in it. I felt bliss.

Ennen hoitoa olin ollut jo tovin hyvin väsynyt ja uupunut, mutta session jälkeen tunsin heti että energiaa on palannut takaisin. Session jälkeen olo oli enemmän keskittynyt ja paljon tyynempi. Hoidosta on nyt muutama päivä aikaa ja olen jaksanut paljon paremmin esimerkiksi kuntosalilla ja muutenkin arjen askareissa, sekä parin viikon unettomuuden jälkeen myös nukkunut huomattavasti paremmin. Maria on ammattitaitoinen, ystävällinen ja lämminhenkinen persoona, suosittelen kovasti.

Kokemus oli mukava! Erittäin hyvä ja hyödyllinen sessio. Todella rentouttava,tuntu jälkeenpäin paljon paremmalta ja tuli hyvä mieli ) Marialla on hyvät otteet ja tatsi ja muutenkinsydämellinen ihminen, jolla on sydämen halu auttaa ja palvella ihmisiä. Suosittelen enemmän kuin lämpimästi.)

I had a session with Maria and am greatful for this experience. It made me realise how profoud and therapeutic touch and intention are. During the session i released some sadness, some trapped energy from my body and a lot of tears were falling down my face as if by themselves, which felt nice and like i was coming back to center and calmness. It was my first experience — something new and unusual. Masha very gently helped me through everything. She never pressured me, constantly checked whether I was okay. That helped a lot and made me feel relaxed. The next day I felt good and finally got an answer to the question that had been bothering me. Thank you so much!
