Every experience is an opportunity to rise, not to defeat. I'm on my journey to no destination! I am in control of myself. I'm in a safe space now, I feel light and I'm enjoying the proces ... the heart is open and deep breaths are possible again...there is no chain around my chest anymore... Emotions are part of the journey, and it's ok- they are a gift,a way to express and release, but they don't have to be the anchor that holds you in place, captive forever, and blocks your exits to freedom. Emotions can be the instrument that helps you achieve peace, happiness, balance. They are energy and are part of us...They just need guidance on the way out.
