Today I had the pleasure of being an invited model for Ricardo’s Crane review class, and I wanted to share a little bit of my experience with you. 🪽 Advertising moment 😂📢 These review classes are organized every Saturday, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, to make it easier for everyone to attend, practice, and continue integrating the work. So… one less excuse not to practice. 😉 I haven’t yet had the opportunity to experience this module from the facilitator’s side, but this was only my second experience receiving Crane, and there were several things that really caught my attention. First: the OM and AUM work. At the beginning, I felt a very noticeable sense of activation. The vibration and resonance of my own voice felt incredibly present throughout my body, and I had the sensation that the sound continued to resonate within me even after the exercise. What fascinated me most was noticing how my own vocalization changed throughout the practice. The first OMs were very short, while towards the end, the “M” became longer and deeper. I left the session feeling very happy and grateful for the experience. Thank you, Ricardo! 🤍
