I’ve just completed 5 sessions of sensory energetics with Simon. My work involves helping others with transformational healing and this is a journey I have gone through myself over the years using various healing modalities. At this time I felt drawn to these sessions with simon as I realised I was so busy focusing on others I had been neglecting myself, I could feel something was coming up for my attention. I had 5 weekly sessions as I knew it would be possible to work through deeper layers of what was needed to be released. After my first sessions I could feel the tension I had been holding in my body that I wasn’t aware of before, after each session different things were revealed in my body and I was able to release all the physical and energetic blockages relating to the core mental issues that came into my awareness. By the 5th session I was able to activate my body myself and felt a sense of completion. I felt a lot lighter, more connected, my mind and body felt in unity. I think this work is powerful because I could feel the blockages in my body release, I noticed the surges of energy running through my body first days after. It felt like waves and I now feel very present. There has been so many great benefits for me from these sessions. However I mainly feel more switched on, at ease with clarity and a fresh outlook. I am now making sure I listen to my body, what it needs and how I can best look after myself and continue this new awareness. I would recommend these sessions to anyone at any part of their journey as I know it can help them move through many layers of old patterns and programming, revealing more of the true self. I attended my first Sensory Energetics session the other day, and to be fair and honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in with an open mind, even though that morning I woke up with a terrible cramp in my leg that was making it hard to move. I’d had the same thing a few weeks earlier and it took almost a week to recover, so part of me thought about cancelling. But something told me to go, and I’m glad that I did! For the first time in a long time, I was able to truly let go. I’ve always thought of “winding down” after work as relaxing, but I now realise that’s not the same as fully letting go. Simon held such a safe and supportive space that I could really drop into myself. I felt twitches and tingling sensations moving through my body—almost like new connections or reconnections sparking back to life. By the end of the session I felt uplifted, lighter, and completely rejuvenated. To my surprise, the cramp that had stopped me in my tracks that morning was completely gone, as if it had never been there. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting that at all. It was quite amazing—and now I’m really looking forward to seeing what happens on the next session!

I recently had my very first Sensory Energetics experience, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. At first, my mind was caught up in the usual to-do list, but Simon gently helped me let go and sink deeper into the process. I remember him lightly holding my arms, and I thought, “there’s no way they’ll stay like that” but they did, and as I relaxed further, I didn’t feel waves as such but I did notice pulsing, some twitches and tingling sensations throughout my body. It was both fascinating and deeply calming. What stood out most was how safe, comfortable, and cared for I felt throughout. Simon guided me with so much love and presence, and by the end, I felt lighter, refreshed, and at peace. Later that night, something even more surprising happened I found myself in conversation with my African ancestors, which is not something I usually experience. Simon took me through a wonderful session of Sensory Energetics . His voice was calm and soft and he managed to lead me out of a mind full of thoughts into a deeply relaxed state. I experienced lots of somatic and energetic waves , and felt an energy working through my body and I felt two very distinct releases that happened in my body . I went into the session not really knowing what to expect, but Simon guided me beautifully through the process and created such a safe and comfortable space. My experience was a very internal one, yet deeply powerful. It brought up reflections and aspects of myself I hadn’t fully been aware of, and in facing them I feel more whole and complete. On the 3rd & 5th night after the session, I felt a very calm and soothing vibration in my lower spine, like something had woke up; almost like a light on a dimmer had been switched on. There is something truly magical about this work—it feels like I’m on the verge of discovering something very special. I am a Kickboxer/ MMA fighter and throughout my career I have racked up more than my fair share of injuries. Broken bones, joint pain and years of wear and tear from training and grappling. I couldn’t stand for long periods because of pain in my foot and I’d only been able to partially turn my neck to the right for years. Honestly, going into my first Sensory Energetics session with Simon, I didn’t know what to expect. I was very much sceptical, but Simon simply told me to allow my body to do the work – and it did exactly that! During the session, I felt a surge of power run through me unlike anything I had experienced before. My feet lit up with a sensation that felt like fire and electricity combined, while energy rushed through my chest and shoulders. By the end of the session, I felt lighter. That feeling, to my surprise, stayed with me for days afterwards. However, the biggest shock was my neck! After just one session, I had full mobility back. I could turn it completely to both sides which again is something I haven’t been able to do for years! That alone felt miraculous. On top of that, I was standing for 20–30 minutes during the session without once noticing the usual pain in my right foot. The stiffness in my joints had gone, leaving my body feeling loose, relaxed and free. It’s hard to put into words how powerful this experience was. It feels incredible. I would 100% recommend Simon! Simon went through all the details so comfortably -what the session involves, what might happen through it and how it links together with all the explanations. Though I didn’t feel many of the things he mentioned, the space created was plenty for me to feel relaxed and energetic benefits from. I feel light, I feel peace, I feel expanded powerful like a superhero… In my world things are always coming at you. You clear something then 10minutes later you’ve got something else coming at you but during this I felt like I was protected, then everything got powerful, my body felt stronger. The only way I can describe it is like when popeye eats he’s spinach then he instantly expands and grows powerful, that’s the kind of energy that was coming through so then I was like wow. I felt strong, powerful but yet also, connected I could feel vibrations like wow, I could literally feel my body changing, I feel blessed . I had a Sensory Energetics session with Simon, and it was a very relaxing, and powerful experience. I felt my energy moving in waves through my body, and a lot of releasing of tension happening.
