Sinja Mayer

It was a beautiful session. I felt very safe and supported during the session. Sinja has a gentle way of holding space and I felt my energy rising especially when lying on the floor.

The session with Sinja was truly wonderful. I felt the energy flow through me almost instantly, and I was able to completely let go. I sank into a very deep, relaxed state. Thank you for this wonderful break! Highly recommended <3
