I had a beautiful sensory energetics session with Yelena. We worked through all the chakras, gently opening and harmonizing them, while releasing energetic blocks that were holding tension in the body. After dissension I felt like I had a clearer connection with my higher self and with my body. During the second session I felt the energy more prominent and still feel it and can move it around my body myself. I feel deeper connection with the earth energies as well.
